Procedures for Students Picked Up for Early Dismissal

• Students will turn in a completed ramp note to their teacher for the day(s) that they will be picked up after school. 
• The adult picking the child up must be listed on the ramp note. Staff will check ID of the adults and have them sign-out the students on the ramp note.
• If an adult that is not listed on the ramp note tries to pick-up a student, the child will not be released until we have parent permission. More than one name may be listed on the ramp notes.
